With Nintendo recently announcing their plans to develop mobile games. Sony is not far behind with their own plans towards the age of Mobile Device gaming. With their special smartphone branch, ForwardWorks, Announced on the December 7th, Sony will be bringing in their Playstation games into your mobile devices such as Hot Shots Golf that will be launch in Spring 2017.
The conference began with a look of Hot Shots Golf, Sony’s long-running gold series which is slated for release in Spring 2017 as mentioned. They also featured other titles such as What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord? which was originated from Sony PlayStation Portable which will be coming in Summer 2017.
Other titles include Arc the Lad and Wild Arms RPG series. It is said that Wild Arms will be a new spin on the series which will be developed in partnership with Japanese developer Wright Flyer Studios. No release dates have been set for this titles as of yet. In addition to this upcoming mobile games by Sony, Game that is based on Parappa the Rapper, Doko Demo Issho, and Boku no Natsuyasumi was also mentioned in the conference.

The ForwardWorks initiative includes Project Field, a Sony-developed trading card platform that will work together with your Smartphone. This future release will be based on Level 5’s Yo-Kai Watch series.
