Summer Game Fest 2026’s kickoff event streams globally this Friday, June 5, promising new game reveals, announcements, and world premiere trailers. Host and creator Geoff Keighley says viewers can expect the “biggest Summer Game Fest live show yet” during the two-hour show.
Confirmed to appear at Summer Game Fest 2026 are games like Star Wars Zero Company from Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment, Clutch from Maverick Games, Blood Message from NetEase, Dead by Daylight, Guild Wars 2, and Among Us, but that’s just scratching the surface. Even after this week’s PlayStation State of Play broadcast, gaming fans can expect big things from Summer Game Fest this year. Keighley will co-host this year’s show with Lucy James, formerly of GameSpot.
As with previous years, after Summer Game Fest’s live show wraps up, Day of the Devs organizers will livestream a totally separate show that focuses on smaller indie and creative games.
