“The Library” mission has three skulls and one terminal in Halo: Campaign Evolved. After discovering the Flood in “343 Guilty Spark, your goal is to find a way to eradicate them forever with the Guilty Spark’s help. However, you need to somehow find time to catch your breath amid the non-stop onslaught of enemies to find the skulls and terminal.
Here are all skull and terminal locations during “The Library” in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Skull 1: Tilt
- Description: Enhances both positive and negative damage multiplies. E.g. plasma does more damage against shields, but less damage against health.
- Objective: Take the elevator into the lower chambers.
From the start of the mission, keep fighting through the Flood and descending into the library with Guilty Spark until you enter a tunnel infested with Flood growths. As you exit out of the other side, you’ll be joined by some friendly drones to help keep the Flood at bay.
Turn around and look at the two slopes either side of the tunnel you exited. Climb up the one on your left to find the Tilt skull.
Skull 2: Pop

- Description: Shooting Flood in their weak point causes them to explode.
- Objective: Explore the library.
Immediately after getting the Tilt skull, take the lift down, then follow Guilty Spark until you reach a locked door. If you approach the door, you’ll need to defend your robot friend from the Flood, but when the coast is clear, turn around and you’ll be able to see the skull opposite the door perched on a ledge.
To reach it, climb up either of the ramps on each side, jump over to the top of the pillar next to it, then make the final jump to the ledge.
Terminal: Tangent III

- Objective: Delve deeper into the library.
Once Guilty Spark has unlocked the door, there will be two consoles in front of you to interact with. Rather than going for the one on the right, choose the one on the left instead. This will open a huge door on your left.
Enter through here then go through the doorway partially obscured by Flood growths on your left again. Inside, you’ll find the Tangent III terminal next to a fallen marine.
Skull 3: Famine

- Description: Weapons dropped by enemies contain half the ammo.
- Objective: Explore the library.
Eventually, you’ll take the third elevator down deeper into the library, and when you step off, in front of you will be three paths. Go directly down the slope in front of you, although be careful, because there are a lot of Flood in this area.
As soon as you get to the bottom of the slope, turn left. The Famine skull is on the ground in the corner.
