SpeedRunners 2: King of Speed by tinyBuild and developer Fair Play Labs is now available for purchase on the PlayStation Store. The sequel to the indie platform game is listed for $14.99 on the PlayStation Store. PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can buy the title with a 20% discount. Additionally, a 1-hour trial is exclusively available to PS Plus Premium and Xbox users.

SpeedRunners 2 brings the adrenaline-fueled, parkour-style racing aspects of the original game to modern consoles. The platform game’s official description reads, “Too fast, too furious? The ultimate competitive platformer is back and better than ever! Become the King of Speed with the next generation of speedrunners in this fast-paced platformer that refuses to slow down.”
The sequel to the game offers a multiplayer mode that allows up to eight contestants to compete online. It also offers a single-player campaign mode featuring adrenaline-fueled boss battles and a story that expands on the original game’s lore. In addition, the competitive game features 64-player elimination tournaments and a variety of multiplayer modes.
Gamers can choose from 12 playable characters to compete, with dozens of unlockable cosmetic items. Moreover, they can play through 16 map layouts with unique challenges.
Additional features of the game include gamers mastering various movements, building momentum, and outmaneuvering opponents using speed boosters, shortcuts, and traps scattered across maps.
