A new dark and speedrun-focused simulation RPG is now available on PS5. Drecom and SuperNiche developed the game, and Arc System Works published it.

Tactical role-playing title Demons’ Night Fever has finally been released on the PlayStation Store. The single-player game offers a fast-paced, grid-based strategy experience, fused with a dark narrative. It has gained mostly positive reactions from PlayStation users within hours of launch. At the time of writing, it holds a perfect Global Player Rating of 5.

What to expect from Demons’ Night Fever’s tactical RPG gameplay?

Demons’ Night Fever’s story follows an alternate Earth where Giga Super Death, a wicked Devil, is just one step away from killing God. However, he suddenly gets transformed into a helpless baby. But the Devil already had a backup plan for this crisis – the Demons’ Night Fever resurrection program. And he finally decides to activate it.

An official description further reads, “This is the story of pure EVIL, starring the Devil himself and his newfound disciple, Killshiro.”

The game is a stat-raising strategy PS5 RPG where players get stronger by getting kills. The overall experience features a unique Peon Exploitation System. It’s a brutal combat mechanism where players mercilessly sacrifice their own allies. Their armies grow more vicious as they commit more misdeeds, giving them a huge battle advantage.

Players’ objective is to regain the lost power of Devil, Giga Super Death, and eventually defeat the false god wearing a mask of justice. Players can use brutal tactics such as Kill Skills and Sacrifices to accomplish the ultimate victory quickly. They detonate their underlings with their own hands.

Additionally, players can use the Perverse Points, which are earned through misdeeds, to build their own invincible army. Players need to make full use of suspicious Abductions and Pillaging in a limited time. Doing so helps push their characters’ abilities to their absolute limits.
