A famous open-world survival game for PS4 and PS5 has abruptly disappeared from the PlayStation Store. Starsand, a mystic survival game set among the dunes of an arcane desert, is reportedly no longer on the PS Store.
As Physical Forever reported on Facebook, Starsand has reportedly been delisted from the PlayStation Store (PS4 and PS5), Nintendo eShop, and other digital storefronts without warning. Players can no longer buy the PS4 and PS5 open-world game digitally.
Meanwhile, physical disc versions for PS4/PS5 and Nintendo Switch cartridges are unaffected. As the outlet noted, retail versions remain the only way to buy the game new, prompting a warning to look for standard-priced physical copies.

Although Starsand has disappeared from the PlayStation Store and other digital storefronts, neither the game’s developer, Tunnel Vision Studio, nor its publisher, Toplitz Productions, has explicitly detailed an official reason in a broad press release.
